Now's the time to join Freedom Reborn or Freedom Academy in the fight against crime on the Freedom server! Paragon City municipal affairs has recently increased funding to FR and FA to increase our numbers.

• New members are asked to join the greater Freedom Reborn community before acquiring in-game membership. Read the About section to find out more.
  
• Established members from the Freedom Reborn community can join at any level. Heroes from outside of the FR community must be a minimum of level 10.
  
• No more than 2 characters per player will be accepted into Freedom Reborn. Alternate heroes of FR members are encouraged to join Freedom Academy.
  
• Any member whose main Freedom Reborn hero has reached level 50 and wishes to bring a new hero into the main group can move their 50 to the Freedom Reborn Reserves.
  
• Members are strongly encouraged to play their heroes in Supergroup mode to help earn Prestige for the group. It is up to each member to decide how much time they wish to spend earning Prestige.
  
• Heroes who have not logged in within 30 days are removed from the supergroup without notice but can be readmitted. If heroes are repeatedly removed and readmitted this privelege may be taken away.
  
• NEW: Freedom Reborn no longer has an inactivity-booting rule! People were finding it annoying when they went on vacation and lost their prestige count when they came back, so we're now only booting on an as-needed basis.
  
• No licensed character clones or mispellings accepted.
  
• Heroes reported to show poor conduct may be removed under the discretion of the Founders and Captains.
