Description/Origin: Erich Feuchs was born a mutant, albeit a very minor one. His ability to manipulate electricity was useless without the technology of the Cohen Institute. With the aid of special gauntlets, Erich used his inborn power to assist their R&D programs. After a few years, he was transferred to the Operations Division. There he learned the true purpose of the Institute, and discovered secrets he has kept to this day. His life as a minor operative came to an abrupt end during a mission to Paragon City. An accident in a field generator station greatly enhanced his electrical powers, but left them virtually uncontrollable. Only with a special suit provided by the Cohen Institute can he function around others. Granted an indefinite leave from his duties, Erich has chosen to remain in Paragon, using his new powers to benefit others.
