Description/Origin: Kid Dynamo's parents were mutant heroes and his potential to manifest great power was known since birth. Crey Labs was interested in studying him as a child and was willing to pay Kid's parents handsomely. They turned down the offer. Not to be denied, Crey agents kidnapped Kid. His parents searched Paragon for years until they eventually found him in a Crey laboratory. He was already a teen at this time. Kid doesn't remember what happened to him during captivity but it is speculated the Outcast Shockers were enhanced by Crey scientists using his DNA.
