Description/Origin: La Cible was participating at an international archery competition in Paragon City when the Rikti Invasion started. She was seperated from the rest of her group in thr turmoil. She used her skill with bow and arrow to survive the fighting. When things returned to normal, La Cible decided to forego a return to France and stay in Paragon City to help with renewal. She's chosen the name Le Cible or "The Target" and wears a costume bearing the colors of her nation.
