Regen Slotting Post-ED
by Time Titan (Issue 6)

After using my free respecs on my two Regen Scrappers, I teamed and ran some missions with good success. I was defeated once when facing one +3 Crey Power Tank and his 2 LT's. Regen scrappers must rely heavily on Reconstruction.

Also somewhere along the line, either Issue 4 or Issue 5, Psionic resistance was removed from Moment of Glory but not mentioned in the patch notes. Geko finally updated MOG's ingame description in Issue 6.

The Regen Scrapper has fallen from great heights, but is still playable with the proper slotting.

I have outlined ED Regen and Pool Power Slotting for Rockeye-L40 and Super Hero USA-L50 below:

Regen:

Fast Healing - 3 heals Enhancements

Reconstruction 2 heals 3 recharge - A third heal only adds 5%, this may be a bug.

Quick Recovery - 3 End Recovery Enhancements

Dull Pain - 3 Recharge Enhancements \ 1 Heal

Integration - 3 Heal \ 1 End Reduction

Resilience - 1 Damage Resistance

Instant Healing - 3 heals \ 3 Recharge Enhancements

MOG - 2 Defense\ 2 Damage Resistance \ 2 Recharge Enhancements

Pool Powers:

Hasten - 3 Recharge Enhancements

Boxing - 1 Accuracy Enhancements

Tough - 3 Damage Resistance \ 1 End Reduction (12.5% Base S/L Damage
Resistance.

Air Superiority - 2 Accuracy \ 2 Damage (This power is a gem! Fast Recharge!
Almost Auto knockdown! Keeps heavy hitters on their backsides.)

Flight - 3 Flight Speed \ 3 End Reductions - (Allows speedy Air combat without heavy End drain. Air Superiority brings the battle back down to ground.)

Swift - 1 Run Speed Enhancement

Hurdle - 1 Jump Enhancement

Stamina - 3 End Recovery Enhancements

Epic Pool Powers:

Petrifying Gaze - 2 Accuracy \ 1 Hold (A Hold)

Dark Blast 3 Damage\ 1 Accuracy \ 1 Range \ 1 Recharge

Tenebrous Tentacles 2 Accuracy \ 2 Immobile \ 2 To-hit Debuffs (Great Immobile Cone)

This build worked well for me despite the fact that I was only able to take 5 Primary Powers. I miss Super Speed. :(
