Easy to install, just unzip and place in:

C:\programs\City of Heroes\

Or wherever you installed CoH.

For those of you who are not familiar, Mods are only client side, which only affects your end. It works exactly like the map patches people download, same exact thing. These are in no way permanent, if at any time you want to revert to the originals, simply go back into your directory and remove the folder.
